Latte Liberate is absolutely amazing, I've been using this product for 10 months for menopause. I am blown away with how it has helped tremendously with my hot flushes and severe mood swings, it has been fantastic with dealing with menopause on a daily basis and all of my family and friends have noticed such a huge change within me and it's also helping with weightloss. I am beyond grateful that these products are around and that actually works.

Great product does what it says, however need to make in capsule form for easy transport when on holiday away from home

Menopause Bundle

Loving the products, particularly the Brain Booster which has really helped clear the brain fog and the Latte Liberate which makes for a nice breakfast smoothie and I’ve not experienced any hot flushes or night sweats since taking this. I was grateful for the first few nights of deep sleep after taking the Spiced Halo but alas it didn’t last and doesn’t dissolve well. I have felt no difference at all with the Bitter Melon. Overall I love the products and will re-purchase the Brain Booster regularly.

Here's how I start my day with my 3 Kulture favourites; Vanilla Happy, Green Goddess & Coco Cha Cha Chocolate Protein Powder, all blended together to create a delicious smoothie.

My most favourite smoothie recipe takes about 5 mins to make and about the same to eat - it's that delicious 😋

Ingredients
Serves: 1

  • 2 TB of Blueberry Burst
  • 1 tablespoon of Vanilla Happy
  • 1 teaspoon of Green Goddess
  • 3/4 cup of water
  • 1/4 cup of coconut milk
  • 1/2 avocado (yes half - so its super creamy & smooth)
  • 1/2 frozen (or fresh) banana
  • 1/4 cup of frozen berries (loving blueberries at the mo)
  • Handful of ice (no too much as it becomes too cold to eat)


Blend all ingredients together and enjoy.

I love the prettiness of smoothie bowls but often don't have time to add all the toppings and I usually eat it straight from the blender container rather than a bowl - less washing up!

Its a rich chocolate bowl of deliciousness and seriously tastes like dessert - who doesn't enjoy a dessert.😉

Protein Powder

If you're worried about consuming protein powders as I know a lot of women are - protein powders AREN'T created equally - you need to look at the ingredients. They need to be real ingredients, real foods. Kulture's chocolate protein powder is made from Brown Rice, Cacao and Stevia (plant based sweetener) - that's it. Nothing else. All natural, just real food. Alternatively you can add our delicious Hemp and Pea protein Smoothie blend with added greens and superfoods.
