Loving the products, particularly the Brain Booster which has really helped clear the brain fog and the Latte Liberate which makes for a nice breakfast smoothie and I’ve not experienced any hot flushes or night sweats since taking this. I was grateful for the first few nights of deep sleep after taking the Spiced Halo but alas it didn’t last and doesn’t dissolve well. I have felt no difference at all with the Bitter Melon. Overall I love the products and will re-purchase the Brain Booster regularly.

It is a great product. I was surprised to see the 1 star review - it should be removed because that person didnt try it or bother to read the "how to use" before purchasing, so that review does not represent the product.

Glad you're loving the Bitter Melon! We like to be transparent with our reviews and that's why we have left the other one there, but you're right, they didn't try the product as they couldn't use it. Thanks for leaving a review that helps everyone decide if this is the right product for them :)

    Shipping is a flat rate of $8.95 to all destinations within Australia. If you spend $150+ shipping is free. 

    Orders are dispatched within 48 business hours from our Melbourne premises, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once orders leave our premises, they are in the trusty hands of Australia Post. You will receive your tracking number updates from Australia Post, so please ensure you provide the correct email address and if you can mobile number during checkout.

    Delivery times for Australian residents is between 3 & 10 days depending on your location, could be longer.

    If your trackable order has not been received within 10 business days, please contact us at hello@kulture.store and we will endeavour to track it down for you.

     

    International Shipping

    Shipping is calculated at the checkout based on your destination.

    Orders are dispatched within 48 business hours from our Melbourne premises, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once orders leave our premises, they are in the trusty hands of Australia Post. You will receive your tracking number updates from Australia Post, so please ensure you provide the correct email address and if you can mobile number during checkout.

    If during checkout you do not find your country on the list of shipping destinations please contact us.

    Please note, you may encounter customs of a duty fee when receiving your order. This is not within our control and this fee is dependent on your country.

    Although we take great measures to ensure our products have a speedy transition through customs, we kindly request that you contact your customs office to thoroughly enquire about import regulations before placing your order, as we will not be liable for packages refused or held for delivery.
