If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof).

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
SECTION 20 - SUBSCRIPTIONS
You may purchase a 3 month subscription plan (referred to as “subscription” or collectively “subscriptions”) for a monthly box containing a group of products as outlined by Kulture.
If you have signed up for the 3 month subscription you have committed to the entire length of the subscription period. Kulture will not refund/ cancel a subscription unless the time period for each 3 month subscription has been fulfilled.
All subscriptions automatically renew every 4 weeks, unless cancellation notice has been received through the Kulture email (hello@kulture.store).
Only the month to month subscription allows you to cancel at anytime before the next renewal date. If no cancellation notice has been received your subscription automatically renews for a further subscription period and you will be charged the full subscription price.
To cancel a month to month subscription, email Kulture at hello@kulture.store during the first 3 months, after 3 months you may cancel this yourself via your Kulture account login.
You must review your order carefully before placing it. Once an order for a subscription is confirmed and the subscription price paid, Kulture will not provide a refund of the subscription price unless Kulture cancels or is unable to fulfil your order, in which case, Kulture will provide a full refund of the whole or part of the subscription price depending on whether you have previously received boxes during your subscription.
If you do need to cancel a 3 month subscription, there will be one month cancellation fee processed by Kulture as a cancellation fee. No products will be sent for this cancellation fee.
