I didn’t realise I had to take it with meals, 🤷🏼it’s not something I can do so the bottle us sitting unopened on my dresser.

Would love to write a positive review the quality of this product is wonderful I just wish it tasted better the bitter taste makes drinking this product really hard, I have tried mixing in smoothies and even adding honey to no avail I am still pushing through tho for it has helped the flushed and sleeping

Sorry to hear you don't like the taste. Perhaps its the turmeric in it that you're tasting? We all have different taste buds and once you taste something its super hard to not notice it again. I do have a new product launching Saturday which is a Tea Tonic made from Chinese herbs by my local acupuncturist. It helps with hot flushes, calming within and sleep and definitely worth a try. It will be available under the Menopause section in the Navigation from Saturday 7th Jan!

Improved Sleep

This product has really assisted with improving my level of sleep since it was totally destroyed by menopause. I just have a spoonful each night with vegetable juice and I think my skin and hair also look better as an added bonus.

Not sure yet

I purchased fruitful digest & am taking it together with berry cleanse as recommended. Is definitely helpful with being regular every day, sometimes 2 or 3 times a day. I have also been taking vanilla happy, l am yet to see any improvement with night wets or hot flushes. It’s only been 2 weeks & weather has been extremely hot over the last 2 days. Will continue with these as well as begin taking menopause ultimate bundle once l have finished the hormone& gut starter pack.

Thanks for the review Lina and Im glad the products are working for you. With regards to the hot flushes and night sweats, you will most likely see better results with the menopause ultimate bundle as those product are specifically for that. Vanilla Happy may help some women with mild flushes but if you're getting them often then the menopause products are the ones! :)

Take them consistently each and every day and you'll soon start to feel the benefits. Consistency is key for feeling the benefits from these products.

First thing in the morning is a great routine to get into before you start your day. See individual products below which outlines this is more detail.

We are all different and our health levels are different too. A lot of people feel the benefits within 1-2 weeks, whilst others may take a little longer. 

No our products do not contain anything artificial, no thickening gums, no fillers no GMO ingredients or masking agents.

Our products are also gluten, dairy and sugar free. Whilst our products are not 100% organic (apart from Green Goddess which is 100% organic), we do use organic products where possible.

Yes - well we'd say around 95% of our customer love the taste. We all have different taste buds and what one person absolutely loves, a few people won't.

Whilst our Kulture products are closest to their natural state, we ensure we taste test every product and tweak to perfect the recipe.

All our products (except Blueberry Burst which is sweetened with Stevia) are sweetened with organic monk fruit powder which has zero effect on your blood insulin levels.

Our products are blended in tropical Queensland.

Fruitful Digest and Blueberry Burst are perfectly safe.

Berry Cleanse contains 1% of Aloe Vera, so please consult doctor if you have concerns.

We do not recommend Vanilla Happy or Latte Liberate as its contains Ashwagandha or Green Goddess as it contains maca root powder.

Shipping

We charge a flat rate of $8.95 Australia-wide on all orders.

If your order value is $150 or more and delivery is within Australia, we offer FREE shipping.

International shipping is calculated on your destination at checkout.

If your trackable order has not received within 10 business days, please contact us at hello@kulture.store and we will endeavour to track it down for you.

Refunds

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and unopened.

Kulture is not responsible for the way you store your products or for forgotten products left in your cupboard which are now inedible.

We cannot accept blame for pantry moths getting in to your products once you have opened them. Ziplock bags do not ensure moths don't get into your products.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and email us at hello@kulture.store to discuss your return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank.

There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@kulture.store.

If your product is damaged in transit, we will replace items. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@kulture.store along with a photo and the issue.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 5 Amago Lane, Curlewis VIC 3222, Australia.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Orders are dispatched within 48 business hours from our Melbourne warehouse, excluding weekends and public holidays.. Once orders leave our warehouse, they are in the trusty hands of local and international couriers that includes delivery tracking.
You will receive your tracking number updates from our courier companies, so please ensure you provide the correct email address at checkout.

Delivery times for Australian residence: 3-5 business days.

Overseas deliveries will be displayed during checkout, next to the shipping option that is available. Please note that the transit time is displayed in business days (Monday to Friday) and are estimates only.

Your 10% off coupon code will be emailed to you (please check your spam folder if you can't locate it in your inbox). Once you add products to your shopping cart, you'll be able to use the 10% off discount code during the checkout phase where you'll be asked to add in a discount code. This code can be found on the email or via the popup sign up.

Our payment options include Paypal, Mastercard, Visa, Laybuy and Afterpay.

Go to the top right hand corner where you will see Login and follow the set up instructions. Will only take a few minutes. Alternatively you can also set up an account whilst placing an order. Upon check out you will be asked for your email and password which you can use to login for each order.

Subscriptions & Subscription Boxes

Firstly you will save up to an additional 120% on your ongoing orders. Secondly it helps you to set and forget, so you can rest assure your order will arrive in time to continue your health journey.

For single products and value bundles, we recommend every 3 weeks as most Kulture products last between 25 and 30 days PLUS you need to accommodate for delivery days too.

The subscription boxes are set at 30 days.

Yes you can - you'll receive an additional 5% on top of the bundle saving cost.

Absolutely! We understand that some products you use more than others, so sometimes better to split those orders across multiple subscriptions.

Yes, you cannot add taster packs or the meal plans to auto delivery.

Yes and No.

For single product and value bundle subscription the answer is YES. simply email us at hello@kulture.store and we will cancel your subscription for you.

For subscription boxes you cannot cancel until you have completed your 6 month subscription. For unforseen problems, please email us at hello@kulture.store and note that a cancellation fee of $100 will incur.

For the single product or value bundle subscriptions, there is no minimum order quantity.

For the subscription boxes there is a minimum of 6 months / 6 boxes.

For single product subscriptions you can via your Kulture account and go to Manage Subscriptions. You can change your products, add new ones, update the quantities as well as the delivery date to suit your needs. If you experience any issues, please email us at hello@kulture.store.

For subscription boxes whilst you cannot make any changes to the contents of the box you can edit your address and payment details within your Kulture account. If you wish to add products to your subscription box as one offs, please get in touch as we can offer a free shipping voucher and ship it with your subscription box.

For single product and value bundle subscription you can delay shipping and payment. Simply log into your Kulture account and update your next delivery date or email us at hello@kulture.store.

For subscription boxes whilst you will still be charged on a monthly basis, we can hold your box here until you are ready to receive it.
