How to take Kulture products

How often should I take all the products?

Take them consistently each and every day and you'll soon start to feel the benefits. Consistency is key for feeling the benefits from these products.

When should I take them?

First thing in the morning is a great routine to get into before you start your day. See individual products below which outlines this is more detail.

How soon will I feel the benefits?

We are all different and our health levels are different too. A lot of people feel the benefits within 1-2 weeks, whilst others may take a little longer.

Can I add them to Smoothies?

Yes, yes, yes! I recommend starting with Blueberry Burst as your base, as this contains protein, then adding your favourites to make a smoothie. You can add all of them together, however you may find it a bit powdery or gritty. I recommend mixing 1-3 products together and make sure you add enough liquid.

When/how to take Fruitful Digest & Berry Cleanse

Take upon rising. Both of these products work and taste best in a glass of water and can be taken together in the same glass. Fruitful Digest can be taken multiple times a day to help strengthen your digestive system or when you experience gas and bloating from food.

When/how to take Vanilla Happy

Take this one after breakfast / after you've eaten. This product works best in milk. Given that dairy milk upsets most peoples stomachs, I recommend it with almond, coconut, oat or rice milk. The product doesn't contain thickeners, so you'll need to add it to a shaker or a jar to mix it well with the liquid.

When/how to take Green Goddess

Take this one after breakfast / after you've eaten. This product also works best with milk. I recommend it with almond, coconut, oat or rice milk. It also works well with coconut water. The product doesn't contain thickeners, so you'll need to add it to a shaker or a jar to mix it well with the liquid.

When/how to take Blueberry Burst

This product is best placed in a shaker or jar and mix with milk. I recommend almond, coconut, rice or oat milk (as dairy upsets most peoples stomach). Take this before a workout, post workout or when you need a little bit of extra protein in your day.

When/how to take Citrus Halo

Take in the morning or throughout the day. Simply add to a glass of water. Can also be taken together in the same glass with Fruitful Digest and Berry Cleanse.

When/how to take Latte Halo

Best taken in the evening to promote a deep sleep. This product works best in hot milk, however you can also drink it with cold milk too. Given that dairy milk upsets most peoples stomachs, I recommend it with almond (as it has sleep promoting mineral, otherwise coconut, oat or rice milk. Can also try in porridge or add to smoothies.

When/how to take Latte Liberate

Take in the morning either with hot or cold soy milk as soy milk has estrogen mimicking properties. You can also add to a smoothie or try adding to a hot bowl of porridge.

How do I open an account?

Simply place an order and upon check out you will be asked for your email and password which you can use to login for each order.

What are your payment options?

Our payment options include Paypal, Mastercard, Visa, Laybuy and Afterpay.

How do I use my 10% voucher?

Your 10% off coupon code will be emailed to you (please check your spam folder if you can't locate it in your inbox). Once you add products to your shopping cart, you'll be able to use the 10% off discount code during the checkout phase where you'll be asked to add in a discount code. This code can be found on the email.

Will I like the taste?

Yes. Whilst our Kulture products are closest to their natural state, we ensure we taste test every product and tweak to perfect the recipe. All our products are sweetened with organic monk fruit powder which has zero effect on your blood insulin levels.

Where are Kulture products made?

All our products are made in Australia.

Do your products contain any nasties?

No our products do not contain anything artifical, no thickening gums, no fillers no GMO ingredients or masking agents. Our products are also gluten, dairy and sugar free. Whilst our products are not 100% organic (apart from Green Goddess which is 100% organic), we do use organic products where possible.

I'm pregnant, can I take Kulture Superfoods?

Fruitful Digest and Blueberry Burst are perfectly safe. Berry Cleanse contains 1% of Aloe Vera, so please consult doctor if you have concerns. We do not recommend Vanilla Happy as its contains Ashwagandha or Green Goddess as it contains maca root powder.

What is Kulture's return policy?

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and unopened. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please return to: Kulture, 4/15 Wanda Road, Caulfield North, VIC 3161

Can I receive a refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

My refund is late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@kulture.store.

What is my product is damaged?

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@kulture.store along with a photo and the issue.

Where do I return my product?

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 4/15 Wanda Road, Caufield North, VIC, 3161, Australia. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

How long does my order take to receive?

Orders are dispatched within 48 business hours from our Melbourne warehouse, excluding weekends and public holidays.. Once orders leave our warehouse, they are in the trusty hands of local and international couriers that includes delivery tracking.

You will receive your tracking number updates from our courier companies, so please ensure you provide the correct email address at checkout.

Delivery times for Australian residence: 3-5 business days.

Overseas deliveries will be displayed during checkout, next to the shipping option that is available. Please note that the transit time is displayed in business days (Monday to Friday) and are estimates only.

What if my delivery is late or not received?

If your trackable order has not received within 10 business days, please contact us at hello@kulture.store and we will endeavour to track it down for you.

What is the cost of shipping?

We charge a flat rate of $8.95 Australia-wide on all orders.

If your order value is $95 or more and delivery is within Australia, we offer FREE shipping.

International shipping is calculated on your destination at checkout.

Why should I use Auto Delivery?

Firstly you will save an additional 5% on your ongoing orders. Secondly it helps you to set and forget, so you can rest assure your order will arrive in time to continue your health journey.

How often should I set Auto Delivery?

I recommend every 3 weeks as most Kulture products last between 25 and 30 days PLUS you need to accommodate for delivery days too. If you purchase a 2 pack bundle, set for 7 weeks and 3 pack bundle, set for 11 weeks.

Can I use Auto Delivery on the 2 & 3 pack bundles?

Yes you can - you'll receive an additional 5% on top of the bundle saving cost.

Are there any products I can’t add to Auto Delivery?

Yes, you cannot add sample packs to auto delivery. Only full packs are available for Auto Delivery.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes, simply log in to your Kulture account online and go to Manage Subscriptions and cancel your auto delivery.

Is there a minimum number of orders I must place for Auto delivery?

No, you can cancel at anytime.

Can I edit my auto delivery at any time?

Yes you can via your Kulture account and go to Manage Subscriptions. You can change your products, add new ones, update the quantities as well as the delivery date to suit your needs.

I’m going on holiday, can I delay my order?

Yes, simply log into your Kulture account and update your next delivery date.

I don’t have an account, how do I set one up?

Go to the top right hand corner where you will see Login/Register. Click here and follow the set up instructions. Will only take a few minutes.

Will I get a reminder that my auto delivery is due?

Yes, you will receive an email from Kulture reminding you that your auto delivery is due and when it will be despatched. If you wish to edit this delivery, simply login into you Kulture account.
