Menopause power bundle

Due to delayed postage i have only had my Menopause bundle for 15 days. I have noticed that my night sweats have gone and sleep pattern is deeper. However during the day experencing alot of hot sweats but could also be environmental heat at current state. I have only been using for just over two weeks enjoying the latte flavour and changing mik preference Soy and Almond has not bothered me. looking forward to see how the next two weeks continues

The mix is tasty and easy to drink, I have it with half milk (oat or coconut) and half hot water. Has helped with getting me off to sleep, and sleeping through the night. Yet to see other benefits as only taking for one month so far, look forward to seeing what other gains from it in the future

Something I love every now and again is overnight oats. They are super simple to make - you just need to remember to make them!
This recipe is for 1 portion so make sure you double, triple, quadruple the recipe so you have it for a few days.
This is the basic recipe and how I change it to use Kulture products are below:
  • 30g rolled oats
  • 1 level teaspoon chia seeds
  • 60ml plant based milk
  • 60ml water
  • 1 tsp maple syrup (you can leave this out)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (you can leave this out)
  • 25g of protein powder (use your favourite or a Kulture one)
  • 50g fresh blueberries or raspberries
Vanilla Happy overnight oats
  1. Omit the chia seeds above
  2. Swap out all or half of the protein powder with Vanilla Happy
Latte Liberate overnight oats
  1. Swap out all or half of the protein powder with Latte Liberate
Vanilla Butterscotch protein oats
  1. Add in as the protein powder
You could try it with Spiced Halo or Matcha Zing too!
I topped mine with fresh raspberries, coconut flakes and pumpkin seeds. Next day I added a teaspoon of peanut butter and a splash of almond milk.
