Great product does what it says, however need to make in capsule form for easy transport when on holiday away from home

Menopause Bundle

Loving the products, particularly the Brain Booster which has really helped clear the brain fog and the Latte Liberate which makes for a nice breakfast smoothie and I’ve not experienced any hot flushes or night sweats since taking this. I was grateful for the first few nights of deep sleep after taking the Spiced Halo but alas it didn’t last and doesn’t dissolve well. I have felt no difference at all with the Bitter Melon. Overall I love the products and will re-purchase the Brain Booster regularly.

Great product

It is a great product. I was surprised to see the 1 star review - it should be removed because that person didnt try it or bother to read the "how to use" before purchasing, so that review does not represent the product.

Glad you're loving the Bitter Melon! We like to be transparent with our reviews and that's why we have left the other one there, but you're right, they didn't try the product as they couldn't use it. Thanks for leaving a review that helps everyone decide if this is the right product for them :)

Chicken Hummus with veggies

Chicken Hummus with veggies | kulture.store

This recipe is a favourite of mine to make. Its quick and easy and cooks together in the one pan. Make 3 servings so you have lunch for the next couple of days.

Ingredients:

Serving: 1

  • 3 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 yellow squash, sliced
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped into chunks
  • 2 lemons
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Italian seasoning

  • ½ cup hummus
  • 1 tbsp. Dried rosemary
  • 1 tbsp. Olive oil
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Generous drizzle of balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 230C (450F). Prepare one large baking dish and lightly coat with olive oil. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper and Italian seasoning.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the sliced zucchini, squash and onion with olive oil until evenly coated. Season with salt and pepper and Italian dressing.
  3. Cover each chicken breast with 1 tbsp. Of hummus. Then place on top of the vegetables. Place all vegetables on the bottom on a baking dish in an even layer. Lay the chicken evenly on top. Squeeze the juice of one lemon over the chicken and vegetables.
  4. Lightly season the entire dish with chopped rosemary and paprika. Thinly slice the remaining lemon and place a few slices in the dish.
  5. Drizzle balsamic vinegar over the top, then bake for about 25-30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
  6. Serve immediately.
