Ingredients:
Serving: 1
- 1 cup of water
- 1/2 cup frozen berries
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1-2 cups of spinach
- 2 heaped tablespoons of Kulture Smoothie
- Handful of ice cubes
- Sprinkle Chia seeds on top (optional)
Method:
- Blend everything in a blender.
