Green Detox Smoothie

Whether you're feeling bloated, need to feel a little lighter or starting a detox, this smoothie is perfect to make and have for a few breakfasts during the week. 

 

Ingredients:

Serving: 1

  • 1 cup of water
  • 1/2 cup frozen berries 
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1-2 cups of spinach
  • 2 heaped tablespoons of Kulture Smoothie
  • 
Handful of ice cubes
  • Sprinkle Chia seeds on top (optional)


Method:

  1. Blend everything in a blender.
