Ingredients:

Serving: 1

  • 1 cup of coconut water
  • 1/2 cup frozen or fresh raspberries 
  • 1/2 cup of apple
  • 1/2 banana
  • 2 heaped tablespoons of Kulture Smoothie
  • 
Handful of ice cubes


Method:

  1. Blend everything in a blender.
