I’ve been using Latte Liberate for about a year now. I’m 50 and it seems to have kept any peri menopause symptoms away. Without it, I get mild hot flashes if I wake up during the night, so it’s definitely working.

I have had stiffness going on 5 to 7 years now, I am at that age over my 40's now that peri menopause may have been possible, I have nearly gone through my first bag and within the first 2 weeks I noticed a huge difference. My aches and stiffness are pretty much gone now. I also started taking brain booster as I did notice the brain fog, it has also helped me immensly, Love them both fantastic products

Another amazing blend!

This tea has been amazing for my sleep. I drift off much easier and more calmly and can stay asleep longer (I usually wake every 2-3 hrs) so I’m very happy and relieved that it’s helping! The taste has definitely grown on me and now I crave it at nighttime.

How Ashwagandha helps with fat loss

Ashwagandha is an adaptogenic herb that is effective in promoting hormonal balance. In itself, it does not contain hormones but it has properties that stimulate the endocrine system for the production or the regulation of certain hormones. Ashwagandha is particularly effective in improving thyroid functions. As we all know, the thyroid is important in regulating many metabolic bodily processes, one of which is weight gain or weight loss.

The Thyroid

The thyroid controls the metabolism of the entire body and it is linked to weight changes. Low levels of thyroid hormones result to a condition known as hypothyroidism. One of the symptoms of hypothyroidism is weight gain. In contrast, high levels of thyroid hormones result to a condition known as hyperthyroidism. One of the symptoms of hyperthyroidism is weight loss.

Ashwagandha for better thyroid function

Ashwagandha helps to stimulate the production of the Thyroid hormone known as T4 which provides more substrate for T3 conversion - T3 is what sets metabolism and energy levels in the body. A sluggish thyroid causes pounds to pack up and so you need these two thyroid hormones (T3 and T4) on your side to give your metabolism a much needed boost.

Not only does Ashwagandha help improve thyroid functions, it can also help you beat stress related weight gain. How, you ask? When the body is stressed, it produces cortisol - a hormone linked to weight gain. Cortisol also triggers glucose production and spikes our blood sugar levels. Ashwagandha has adaptogenic properties that help regulate stress and promote mood elevation, thus helping regulate cortisol production.

Improve immunity and blood circulation

Fatigue is also a main culprit of weight gain. An over fatigued body can show symptoms of a host of problems ranging from plain tiredness to a compromised immune system. When the body is over fatigued, it goes into survival mode and regulates all other processes that are not essential to fighting off “danger” - in the case of over fatigue, your metabolism slows down to accommodate fighting off sickness and preventing inflammation. Ashwagandha helps improve immunity and blood circulation, to improve your overall health so that the body can focus on regulating other processes including fat burning and improving immunity.

Conclusion

Whilst Ashwagandha is not a 'fat loss' supplement, it will however provide nutrients and balance to the body, providing you with more energy to workout more effectively and get results from your diet.
