Great product, Butterscotch Protein Powder

I love the subtle flavour of Butterscotch in your new product. I've used it in my Protein Ball mix and they are delicious. Also great in a smoothie with Almond Milk, banana and macadamias. 🌺

Cocoa Siesta really gives me a sense of calm & relaxes me into slumberland very easily. It tastes great & I know it is good for me! I don't normally drink hot chocolate before bed because I always believed the chocolate would keep me awake but I was wrong!!

Thanks for the lovely review Judy and so happy to hear you're enjoying the calmness of Cocoa Siesta. p.s. its not chocolate that keeps you awake, its the sugar content in chocolate and given this is sweetened with monk fruit - it wont disrupt your sleep (as you know) ;)

Hey guys weight gain is in proving sleeping ok but still getting the hot flushes not lasting as long but still annoying but thanks I will give it another month and hopefully it will improve Cheers

Thanks for your review Melissa, yes give it some more time as it can take longer for some to feel the effects. Your hot flushes aren't lasting as long, so that is a good sign its starting to work. :)

Perfect mid afternoon snack or something sweet after dinner.

Ingredients
Servings: 18

  • 1 cup almond or coconut butter
  • 3/4 unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 4-6 tbsp. Protein Powder
  • 1 tsp. coconut oil
  • 2 Medjool dates
  • 2 tsp. turmeric or 1tsp of Latte Halo
  • Lemon zest of whole lemon

Method

  • In a blender, add nut butter, ½ coconut flakes, almond butter, coconut oil, dates, protein powder and turmeric.
  • Blend ingredients on high until evenly distributed.
  • Place the dough in the refrigerator for 30-60 minutes to firm up.
  • Remove the dough from refrigerator and roll into bite-sized balls about 3cm in diameter.
  • Place balls on a plate that’s covered with parchment paper, then return to refrigerator for 3-4 hours.
  • Remove from refrigerator. Add remaining shredded coconut to a plate and roll the balls in the flakes.Enjoy!
