Flourless Pumpkin Vanilla Protein Pancakes

This may sound a little strange putting pumpkin into pancakes, but trust me, with the vanilla protein and cinnamon it really works. I was pleasantly surprised this week when I tried it for breakfast. 

 

Ingredients
Serves: 1

  • 1/2 cup egg whites (approx 4 eggs)
  • 1/2 cup mashed pumpkin (cooked)
  • 2 tablespoons Kulture Smoothie
  • Dash of cinnamon to taste


Blend all ingredients together and cook on a skillet or frypan.

Top with a handful of chopped up pecans or walnuts and warmed frozen raspberries.
