This may sound a little strange putting pumpkin into pancakes, but trust me, with the vanilla protein and cinnamon it really works. I was pleasantly surprised this week when I tried it for breakfast.
Ingredients
Serves: 1
- 1/2 cup egg whites (approx 4 eggs)
- 1/2 cup mashed pumpkin (cooked)
- 2 tablespoons Kulture Smoothie
- Dash of cinnamon to taste
Blend all ingredients together and cook on a skillet or frypan.
Top with a handful of chopped up pecans or walnuts and warmed frozen raspberries.
