Rich and bursting with raspberry flavours - this one is a favourite when I have coconut milk in the house. Use the coconut milk from the can - for a richer, thicker smoothie.
- 1/3 can coconut milk (large can)
- 1 cup frozen berries (I prefer raspberries)
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 scoop of Kulture Vanilla protein powder
- 2 tbsp of Kulture Vanilla Happy (optional)
- Stevia to taste (1/4 tsp)
- Handful of ice cubes
- Blend everything in a blender.
