Green Grape smoothie

Refreshing and very tasty - a perfect way to start the day!

 

Ingredients:

Serving: 1

  • 10 almonds
  • 
1/4 banana
  • 12 grapes
  • 2 kale leaves
  • Handful of spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 2 heaped tablespoons of Kulture Smoothie
  • 2 tspn of Kulture Fruitful Digest (optional)
  • 
Handful of ice cubes


Method:

  1. Blend everything in a blender.
