This one is my go-to. I know the ingredients off the top of my head...and have been loving it for the past 2 years and still not bored yet!
Ingredients:
Serving: 1
- 1/2 cup water or coconut water
 - 1/2 avocado
 - 1/2 cup frozen berries (any)
 - 1/2 banana
 - 5-6 walnuts (or any nuts)
 - 2-3 TB of Blueberry Burst or Salted Caramel Protein
 - 1 tbsp of Kulture Vanilla Happy (optional)
 - Handful of ice cubes
 
Method:
- Blend everything in a blender.
