Great product does what it says, however need to make in capsule form for easy transport when on holiday away from home

Menopause Bundle

Loving the products, particularly the Brain Booster which has really helped clear the brain fog and the Latte Liberate which makes for a nice breakfast smoothie and I’ve not experienced any hot flushes or night sweats since taking this. I was grateful for the first few nights of deep sleep after taking the Spiced Halo but alas it didn’t last and doesn’t dissolve well. I have felt no difference at all with the Bitter Melon. Overall I love the products and will re-purchase the Brain Booster regularly.

Great product

It is a great product. I was surprised to see the 1 star review - it should be removed because that person didnt try it or bother to read the "how to use" before purchasing, so that review does not represent the product.

Glad you're loving the Bitter Melon! We like to be transparent with our reviews and that's why we have left the other one there, but you're right, they didn't try the product as they couldn't use it. Thanks for leaving a review that helps everyone decide if this is the right product for them :)

Wheat Free Protein Pancakes

Wheat Free Protein Pancakes | kulture.store

One of my favourites to make in the morning and it will keep you going till lunchtime.  I like to serve it with dollops of coconut yoghurt and fruit sauce.

Ingredients:

Serving: 1
Makes: 5 Pancakes

  • 1/2 cup almond meal

  • 1 heaped tablespoon Salted Caramel protein
  • 1/2 tsp. ground flaxseed

  • sea salt to taste
  •
2 eggs

  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk
  •
2 tbsp. coconut yoghurt

  • 1/3 cup of frozen berries with a splash of water

Method:

  1. Whisk eggs in bowl or jug and add the almond meal, flaxseed, protein powder, salt and milk.
  2. In small saucepan, put your frozen fruit with a bit of water. What you want to do here is create a fruit sauce for your pancakes. Don’t put in too much water but enough that you can mash your fruit down into a sauce consistency.
  3. Lightly oil a skillet or fry pan. I use coconut oil but you can also use olive oil. Pour around a 1/4 cup of mixture onto the pan and wait until the mixture bubbles to flip.
  4. Meanwhile heat up the frozen fruit and water in a pan and bash down the fruit into a pulp/sauce. Turn heat down after a while and simmer.
  5. Serve with dollops of coconut yoghurt and pour fruit mixture over the top.
