- 1/2 avocado
 - 1 banana (small to medium)
 - 1/2 cup coconut water
 - 3 heaped tablespoons of Salted Caramel protein
 - 2 tspns Kulture Fruitful Digest
 - 1/2 cup ice cubes

- Place all ingredients in the blender and then serve chilled.
