Great product does what it says, however need to make in capsule form for easy transport when on holiday away from home

Menopause Bundle

Loving the products, particularly the Brain Booster which has really helped clear the brain fog and the Latte Liberate which makes for a nice breakfast smoothie and I’ve not experienced any hot flushes or night sweats since taking this. I was grateful for the first few nights of deep sleep after taking the Spiced Halo but alas it didn’t last and doesn’t dissolve well. I have felt no difference at all with the Bitter Melon. Overall I love the products and will re-purchase the Brain Booster regularly.

It is a great product. I was surprised to see the 1 star review - it should be removed because that person didnt try it or bother to read the "how to use" before purchasing, so that review does not represent the product.

Highly addicted and hidden in a lot of foods such as packaged goods, salad dressings, marinades, cereals and more, sugar causes a lot of issues and affects more than just your weight.

Giving up sugar is difficult, however if you wish to see results, whether that be digestive health as well as weight loss, then you’ll need to give up the sugar (or at least reduce it considerably).

Sugar causes a lot of health issues

The average American consumes 205 grams or 51 teaspoons of sugar a day.

51 teaspoons... I cannot even fathom that...Wow!

The recommended daily intake is approximately 6 teaspoons which is 24 grams. I personally don’t do anywhere near the 6 teaspoons, but sugar is one of the major things you need to eliminate from your diet if you want to burn fat and/or maintain a healthy gut.

Gut health & general wellbeing

I don't know about you, but when I have had too much sugar, my stomach bloats up and becomes sore and I generally don't feel well. It affects my concentration levels and I find that I'm constantly picking at food, even though I'm not hungry. Must admit I still do this...on Christmas Day, constantly picking at food when I know I'm not hungry....but it's Christmas!

I chose to stop overindulging in sugary treats 10 years or so ago, I have never felt better as all my symptoms of bloating, gas and feeling just blah, disappeared. Sure there have been days when I have had too much sugar, overindulge in birthday cake, desserts or chocolate, but it's a lot easier to get back on track when the indulgences are less frequent.

Sugar & bacteria
