Latte Liberate is absolutely amazing, I've been using this product for 10 months for menopause. I am blown away with how it has helped tremendously with my hot flushes and severe mood swings, it has been fantastic with dealing with menopause on a daily basis and all of my family and friends have noticed such a huge change within me and it's also helping with weightloss. I am beyond grateful that these products are around and that actually works.

Great product does what it says, however need to make in capsule form for easy transport when on holiday away from home

Menopause Bundle

Loving the products, particularly the Brain Booster which has really helped clear the brain fog and the Latte Liberate which makes for a nice breakfast smoothie and I’ve not experienced any hot flushes or night sweats since taking this. I was grateful for the first few nights of deep sleep after taking the Spiced Halo but alas it didn’t last and doesn’t dissolve well. I have felt no difference at all with the Bitter Melon. Overall I love the products and will re-purchase the Brain Booster regularly.

Feeling energized!!!

I am only at the end of week one but I am enjoying this program, I feel that I have much more energy than before and feel less bloated. It would be great if substitutes were listed in the recipes for high allergy foods or foods out of season. For example, I am anaphylactic to walnuts so have been leaving them out but not sure which nuts would be a good replacement. I am looking forward to next weeks plan.

So happy to hear you're feeling more energised. Food plays a HUGE part on the way we feel. Thanks for the feedback on substitution or foods out of season - I will have to take a look at updating the program. For walnuts I would substitute them for another nut (if you can eat them) or some avocado. Good luck with the rest of the program - would love to see your results!

Who should use the 28 Day Belly Blitz program
I recognise that the Kulture community is predominantly women aged 40+ and many of you are getting close to peri-menopause, in peri-menopause or are going through Menopause. Weight gain has become an issue, so this program is perfect for you. I have provided a section on Peri and Menopause within the program.

If you are a little younger than 40 years old then this program will work for you too.
What are the benefits?

Are the exercises hard?
The exercises include a strength circuit and cardio (HIIT) style circuit. HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training. The cardio circuits are designed to get your heart pumping but you go at your pace. As you get more fit, you can crank up the intensity. The strength workouts are utilising resistance bands and resistance loops.
How are the meal plans structured?
Included are 2 x 7 day meal plans. Weeks 1 & 3 and weeks 2 & 4. Each day you will be eating: breakfast, mid morning snack, lunch and dinner.
What type of meals will I be eating?
The meals are dairy and gluten free.

You'll be eating clean and healthy food designed to reduce inflammation and bloating such as smoothies, eggs and protein pancakes for breakfast. For lunch you will be incorporating proteins such as prawns, chicken, beef, tofu, tempeh along with salads, soups, steamed veggies and lentils.
I can't do any exercise, is this program right for me?
Yes. If you can't do any exercise for any reason, we recommend swapping the workout routines for walking. The aim of this program is to do what your body is capable of doing.
I've tried everything, why will this work?
The food incorporated in this program has been carefully selected to nourish your body, reduce inflammation and bloating and burn body fat. Its a gluten and dairy free diet with a priority on getting protein into your daily diet.

The workouts are short and sweet so you are not causing stress on the body and will provide a new lease of energy throughout your day. Often programs have you doing hours of endless cardio and as we get older, this type of programming no longer works and causes are body to get stressed and hang onto fat.
Will there be ongoing support?
Yes. Inside the program is a link to join the 28 Day Belly Blitz Facebook Group. This is only open to those who have bought the program and will be a safe space for you to discuss any questions you have regarding the program, meals and exercises.
What will I need for this program?
In the kitchen you will need a smoothie blender
