It may sound weird adding zucchini's to a smoothie but it works! It adds creaminess without the added fats of avocado and the taste goes undetected as you have all the beautiful flavours of the fruit.
Ingredients:
Serving: 1
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 cup water or coconut water
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 stem of celery
- 1/2 cup of zucchini chopped (fresh or frozen)
- 1 handful of spinach
- 2 heaped tablespoons of Kulture Blueberry Burst
- Handful of ice cubes
Add all ingredients to a blend and enjoy!
