Turmeric & Cinnamon Smoothie

Turmeric has anti-inflammatory properties as well as being high in antioxidants. Pair it with our Blueberry Burst, which is also high in antioxidants and you have yourself an amazing breakfast.

Ingredients:

Serving: 1

  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup frozen mango 
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 tsp of turmeric
  • 1 TB minced fresh ginger
  • 1/2 tsp of cinnamon
  • 2 heaped tablespoons of Kulture Blueberry Burst
  • 
Handful of ice cubes

Add all ingredients to a blend and enjoy! 

Smoothie blend for breakfast
