Ingredients:
Serving: 1
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 1 cup frozen pineapple
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 tsp of turmeric
- 1 TB minced fresh ginger
- 1/2 tsp of cinnamon
- 2 heaped tablespoons of Latte Liberate
- Handful of ice cubes
Add all ingredients to a blend and enjoy!
