This is so delicious, you'll be crazy not to try it!

Ingredients:

Serving: 1

  • 1 cup of coconut milk

  • 2 TB of Blueberry Burst
  • 4 TB of coconut yogurt (I love Coyo)
  • 120g Mango chunks, fresh or frozen
  • Add a handful of ice

Toppings:

 

  • 1/2 passionfruit 
  • 1/4 banana 
  • Sprinkling of shredded coconut 
  • 1 TB granola for added crunch
  •  

    Method:

    Add all ingredients to a blender and blitz. Pour into a bowl and add your toppings.
