This smoothie is surprisingly delicious. I prefer to use butternut pumpkin for this recipe as butternut is a little sweeter. Roast it in the oven as it adds to the flavour.
Simply cut into piece and place in an oven set at 180C/356F. Make extra and place in freezer for next time. 
Ingredients:
Serving: 1
- 1/2 cup almond or coconut milk
 - 3 leaves of kale or equivalent in baby spinach
 - 1/2 frozen banana
 - 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
 - 1/2 cup of roasted pumpkin or if you can find it, pumpkin puree in the can
 - handful of ice cubes
 - 2 tablespoons of Kulture Smoothie
 - 2 tbspn of Kulture Vanilla Happy
 
Method:
Blend in a blender and serve.
Sprinkle additional cinnamon on top.
