Kiwi Coconut Chia Pudding

Make these the night before and you have your breakfast ready-to-go in the morning!



Serving: 2

    • 1/4 cup of chia seeds
    • 1/4 cup of shredded coconut
    • 1 cup coconut milk
    • 1 TB of Blueberry Burst
    • 1 kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced


  1. Place all ingredients (except kiwi fruit) in a small bowl or mason jar and stir until well combined.
  2. Place in the refrigerator and store for a minimum of 2 hours, preferably overnight.
  3. Remove from the fridge, top with kiwifruit & enjoy!
