It's optional to add Fruitful Digest but if you need to boost up your digestive system - add it in!
Ingredients:
Serving: 1
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 kiwi fruit peeled
- 1/2 pear
- 1 frozen banana
- 2 cups fresh kale leaves (stems removed)
- 2 heaped tablespoons of Blueberry Burst
- 2 tsp of Kulture Fruitful Digest or 1 tsp Green Goddess
- Handful of ice cubes
Method:
- Blend everything in a blender.
