Moreover, the levels of T, LH, FSH and PRL, good indicators of semen quality, were also reversed in infertile subjects after treatment with the herbal preparation.

Testosterone is responsible for a host of important bodily functions in men. It is the key hormone that regulates fertility and sex drive. It is also responsible for building muscle mass, for fat distribution, and for healthy red blood cell production.

So, with improved levels of testosterone, now only do you get a boost in muscle mass and reduction in exercise induced muscle damage, you also get the health benefit of a healthy libido and an increase in sperm count, sperm motility, and semen volume - which in turn, helps with over all male fertility.

Studies also show that a substance found in Ashwagandha called “Withaferin-A” helps inhibit the growth of cancer cells that can cause prostate cancer.
