Pink Grapefruit Smoothie

I tried this smoothie out the other day courtesy of and it was delicious. I made a few adjustments as I don't eat dairy and wanted protein adding to it.

Serves: 1

  • 1 red grapefruit peeled and segmented
  • 1 banana
  • Juice and pulp of 1/2 orange
  • 1 scoop Blueberry Burst (Protein) or 3 tablespoons of Greek Yoghurt
  • Handful of ice
  • Add a splash of water if required
