- 1 large carrot, peeled and cut into small chunks
- 1 large orange (regular or blood orange)
- 200ml fresh orange juice
- 1 tsp chia seed (more if you are making smoothie bowls).
- 200ml plain cultured yogurt or coconut yoghurt
- 3 to 4 dates, pitted (optional)
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tbsp grated ginger
- 1/2 tsp vanilla essence (optional)
- 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp or Citrus Halo
Method:
Put everything into a blender, mix and serve.
