Loving the products, particularly the Brain Booster which has really helped clear the brain fog and the Latte Liberate which makes for a nice breakfast smoothie and I’ve not experienced any hot flushes or night sweats since taking this. I was grateful for the first few nights of deep sleep after taking the Spiced Halo but alas it didn’t last and doesn’t dissolve well. I have felt no difference at all with the Bitter Melon. Overall I love the products and will re-purchase the Brain Booster regularly.

It is a great product. I was surprised to see the 1 star review - it should be removed because that person didnt try it or bother to read the "how to use" before purchasing, so that review does not represent the product.

This is one product i can't do without. Sometimes you wonder if these things work or not. Well let me tell you, I went away for nine days, (didn't think 9 days would be a problem) boy was I wrong. To avoid running out i will subscribe. One less thing to worry about, in my busy life

    Cocoa Siesta organic raw cacao, organic passionflower, organic mesquite, mushroom elixir (chaga, reishi, cordyceps, maitake, shiitake), organic monk fruit powder, organic cinnamon.

    Spiced Halo Organic turmeric, organic mesquite, organic cinnamon, 5 mushroom elixir (chaga, reishi, cordyceps, maitake, shiitake), organic monk fruit, organic cardamon, maple flavouring, natural vanilla flavouring, organic nutmeg and organic black pepper.
    ◄How to use
    Day: Take 2 tablespoons of Vanilla Happy in a shaker with milk or water.

    Night: Alternate between Cocoa Siesta and Spiced Halo. Take 30-60 mins before bedtime. Cocoa Siesta - Add 1 tablespoon, Spiced Halo add 1 teaspoon and stir or whisk whilst warming the milk and serve. Add a sprinkle of cinnamon on top and add some extra sweetness if desired.

    ▼I'm pregnant can I take this bundle?
    Cocoa Siesta and Spiced Halo is safe to take whilst pregnant, however Vanilla Happy is not as it contains Ashwagandha which may cause early delivery. We suggest purchasing Cocoa Siesta and Spiced Halo separately.
    ◄Is it safe to take whilst breastfeeding?
    Yes! All products are safe to take whilst breastfeeding. Medicinal mushrooms such as Cordyceps, Chaga and Reishi post-pregnancy and while breastfeeding can help to heal the body, revitalise organ systems and boost the immune system. This can then be passively passed onto our babies, strengthening their immune systems and constitutions.

    Yes! We taste test all our products. Vanilla Happy is a vanilla chocolate blend, Spiced Halo is a spiced turmeric blend and Cocoa Siesta is an earthy chocolate blend.
