I suffer from bloating no matter what dietary changes I make. This stabilises that and I can breath better. If you know what it's like to feel so bloated that breathing is hard, it's great for that relief. Love it!

Vanilla Happy has at least halved my hot flushes, given me energy back that I thought I'd lost forever and improved my mood... which is also great for everyone around me lol. Thank you.
