I suffer from bloating no matter what dietary changes I make. This stabilises that and I can breath better. If you know what it's like to feel so bloated that breathing is hard, it's great for that relief. Love it!

I ordered the Vanilla Happy and Fruitful Digest. Vanilla Happy has at least halved my hot flushes, given me energy back that I thought I'd lost forever and improved my mood... which is also great for everyone around me lol. Thank you. Latte Liberate is absolutely amazing, I've been using this product for 10 months for menopause. I am blown away with how it has helped tremendously with my hot flushes and severe mood swings, it has been fantastic with dealing with menopause on a daily basis and all of my family and friends have noticed such a huge change within me and it's also helping with weightloss. I am beyond grateful that these products are around and that actually works.

Loving the products, particularly the Brain Booster which has really helped clear the brain fog and the Latte Liberate which makes for a nice breakfast smoothie and I’ve not experienced any hot flushes or night sweats since taking this. I was grateful for the first few nights of deep sleep after taking the Spiced Halo but alas it didn’t last and doesn’t dissolve well. I have felt no difference at all with the Bitter Melon. Overall I love the products and will re-purchase the Brain Booster regularly.

It is a great product. I was surprised to see the 1 star review - it should be removed because that person didnt try it or bother to read the "how to use" before purchasing, so that review does not represent the product.

This is one product i can't do without. Sometimes you wonder if these things work or not. Well let me tell you, I went away for nine days, (didn't think 9 days would be a problem) boy was I wrong. To avoid running out i will subscribe. One less thing to worry about, in my busy life

I bought the Hormone and gut starter pack and I’ve only been using it for around 3 weeks and I can feel a difference. I going to the toilet a whole lot better. I feel more energised. The taste is great too.

Great combination of products . Pleasant taste and help with digestion issues and I feel less bloated.

Love the idea of sample packs. Some i will continue to purchase ( that's not to say the other products are not good I just don't require them). I would have to say my favourite is the LATE LIBERATE, it has worked wonders for my hot flashes.

Vanilla happy has helped me manage stress, get better sleep and reduce mood swings. I mix it with the protein powder and collagen and it makes a tasty smoothie.

This is the best tasting protein powder I have tried. Creamy, a touch of sweetness and no funky aftertaste. Goes well mixed with vanilla happy.

On a recent holiday when I didn't bother taking my Latte Liberate with me as we would be travelling, by midweek I was getting aches and pains in my hips and legs which I hadn't had for ages. Got home and got a smoothie into me and after a couple of days no more aches and pains. Touch wood I haven't had hot flashes before or during using this product and now I don't want to give it the chance!

Great product has definitely helped me with hormone balance and feeling positive and ready to start the day.
If I forget to take it I definitely notice the difference it has now become a regular order and I get to save on the cost on auto order.

I have found bitter melon has helped in I feel lighter and not craving sweets also notice the scales are showing a little weight loss.

Great tasting so it makes it very easy to have. Can be a bit hard to mix. I am feeling less bloated everyday and my stomach is feeling flatter each day also. I would recommend giving it a go.

I’ve been using Latte Liberate for about a year now. I’m 50 and it seems to have kept any peri menopause symptoms away. Without it, I get mild hot flashes if I wake up during the night, so it’s definitely working.

I have had stiffness going on 5 to 7 years now, I am at that age over my 40's now that peri menopause may have been possible, I have nearly gone through my first bag and within the first 2 weeks I noticed a huge difference. My aches and stiffness are pretty much gone now. I also started taking brain booster as I did notice the brain fog, it has also helped me immensly, Love them both fantastic products
