You'll be eating 4 meals a day with an average of 1400 calories/day. With 58 plant based recipes, you will have weeks of variety to mix it up in the kitchen and keep your taste buds wanting more.

Light on the Tummy

The meals are light on the tummy and include dairy & gluten free recipes. They are plant based and have ensured they are a good balance of protein, carbs and fats. Whilst almost all are vegan recipes, the few that include eggs can be substituted out for flax eggs.

A lean body starts in the kitchen

A typical day will have you eating oats for breakfast, chickpea curry for lunch, a smoothie in the afternoon with a bliss ball and a risotto or salad in the evening.
Each recipe comes complete with full macros; calories, protein, carbs and fat count.

Is it hard and will I be hungry? 

It's not hard and nor will you wont be hungry. You'll be eating clean and healthy food such as smoothies, oats and pancakes for breakfast as well as salads, soups and main meals for lunch and dinner. There are plenty of snacks too during the day to keep you feeling energised. 


Is the plan vegan?

Not completely but almost. It is vegetarian, however there are a few recipes that include eggs and parmesan cheese and you can easily substitute these out for vegan options.


Are there any tofu or soy meals?

Yes there are 2 meals and 1 snack that include tofu. You can either swap the tofu out for something else or not use those meals. 


Is there an exercise plan included?

No just it's just a meal plan, however you could add in a 45-50 minute brisk walk per day to burn fat.


I'm pregnant, can I use this?

Yes as the meal plan is a balance of protein, fats and carbs.
